Santhanam is a trendy YouTube film critic. Selvaraghavan was an ardent film fanatic when he was alive, who later became a psycho killer murdering reviewers. Now he invites movie reviewers to his ghost theatre to teach them a lesson. What happens when Santhanam gets caught in his trap forms the remaining story.

Performance

Despite having enough screen time, the 

women hardly participate in the events. It's unfortunate to see Gautham Vasudev Menon in such a meaningless role; the jokes about his size seem like a simple target. Comparatively speaking, Motta Rajendran is superior, and the finale that includes him as a tribe is strong. However, Maaran and Kingsley, the other artists we have enjoyed seeing on film, are terrible backfires. The worst of all is Nizhalgal Ravi's role, which is full of offensive jokes that get annoying after a while because they are so repetitious.

Devil's Double Next Level vs Maaman Tamil Nadu Box Office Collection Day 2

According to a tweet shared by Cinetrak, Devil's Double Next Level saw a minimal growth in collections on day 2 in Tamil Nadu and minted Rs 2.59 crores. On the other hand, Maaman saw a hike of 33% in numbers in Tamil Nadu and earned Rs 2.04 crores. It is evident that while Maaman is picking up pace in Tamil Nadu, Devil's Double Next Level is still leading at the box office.
