Asus is refreshing its ROG and TUF lineup of gaming laptops in India with the ROG Strix G16/G18, the Flow Z13 ACRONYM Edition, the TUF A16 Advantage Edition, and the Zephyrus G16. All five models promise improved gaming performance, better graphics, and advanced cooling solutions.
Asus ROG Strix G16, G18 Features:
The Asus ROG Strix G16 and G18 are geared towards competitive gamers and feature 16-inch and 18-inch displays. The laptops are powered by the Intel 13th Gen Core processors. It is accompanied by an NVIDIA RTX 40 series GPU.
Asus states that the Strix G16/18 features a professional esports-quality keyboard for enhanced gaming performance. Additionally, the laptop is equipped with ROG Intelligent Cooling Ecosystem and Aura Sync accents.
Flow Z13 Acronym Features:
The ROG Flow Z13 ACRONYM is powered by an Intel Core i9-13900H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. The laptop comes with a detachable full-sized keyboard and USB Type-C port, making it portable.
The Flow Z13 also features an adjustable kickstand that can transform the laptop to either landscape mode or portrait modes. The gaming laptop gets a ROG Intelligent Cooling Ecosystem to enhance the performance.
ROG Flow Z13 Features:
The ROG Flow Z13 is equipped with an Intel Core i9-13900H CPU and a GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU. The touchscreen display features an aspect ratio of 16:10 and is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5. The panel has a QHD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 165Hz, and 500 nits of peak brightness.
ROG Flow X13 Features:
The ROG Flow X13 features an ultra-slim 13-inch chassis that weighs 1.3kg. The laptop is powered by a 4nm Ryzen 9 7940HS CPU with Phoenix architecture and up to an NVIDIA RTX 4090 mobile GPU.
The touch-enabled display sports a panel with a QHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 165Hz. It also comes with support for an MPP 2.0 stylus and features Gorilla Glass DXC protection.
The Flow X13 is equipped with a 360-degree hinge that allows for up to four viewing modes. Additionally, the laptop features a full HD webcam with Windows Hello Face Unlock for faster login.
ROG Zephyrus G16 Features:
The ROG Zephyrus G16 features an Intel Core i9 13900H CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU. The laptop sports a 16-inch QHD+ display with a refresh rate of 240Hz. The laptop is powered by a 90Wh battery and sports a 180° ErgoLift hinge.
As for audio, the Zephyrus G16 is equipped with six speakers and supports Dolby Atmos. The laptop also features a 3D mic array. To keep the device cool, the laptop comes with Dual Arc flow fans and six heat pipes.
TUF A16 Advantage Edition:
The TUF Gaming A16 Advantage Edition features an AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS Mobile Processor with AMD Smart Access Graphics and AMD Dynamic Switchable Graphics. The full HD display features a screen-to-body ratio of 90%, a refresh rate of 165Hz, and covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut.
For enhanced performance, the TUF A16 Advantage Edition is equipped with dual 84-blade fans with ARC Flow, four exhaust vents, and up to seven heat pipes. Additionally, the laptop features a 90Wh battery and two-way AI noise cancellation.
Asus ROG Gaming Laptop Series: Price, Availability:
The new TUF lineup starts at ₹1,05,990, while the ROG Strix lineup starts at ₹1,44,990. Meanwhile, the more expensive Zephyrus gaming laptop series starts at ₹1,49,990 and the Flow series starts at ₹1,74,990.
