Story Overview:

Ram (Vikram Prabhu) is a middle-class man nearing his mid-30s, constantly pestered by his family to "settle down." He finally agrees to an arranged marriage, and that’s when he meets the vibrant Sushmitha (played by debutant Sushmitha Bhat). Sparks fly, but things don’t go as planned — emotional misunderstandings, societal pressures, and comedic mishaps derail what seems like a perfect match.

The story then follows how they navigate expectations and rediscover love — not just with each other, but also with the idea of marriage itself.

Performances

Vikram Prabhu fits naturally into the role of a confused yet good-hearted bachelor. His underplayed humor and emotional scenes strike a nice balance.

Sushmitha Bhat, in her Tamil debut, surprises with a graceful screen presence and confidence.

Ramesh Thilak brings comic relief, while Sathyaraj’s cameo adds a wise generational layer to the theme.
