Initially set for March 27, 2026, Ram Charan’s birthday, the Peddi release now faces uncertainty. Unfavorable weather has caused significant shooting delays, pushing the makers to reconsider the planned launch date. Fans remain hopeful for updates soon.
The filming of Peddi, the grand rural action drama featuring Mega Power Star Ram Charan, is progressing rapidly under the direction of Buchi Babu Sana.
This phase of production will concentrate on shooting a song featuring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in Pune. The song, composed by AR Rahman, combines melody and energy, enhanced by Jani Master’s choreography. The track will highlight the charm and chemistry of the lead duo against stunning visuals.
Over half of the film’s shooting has been completed, and post-production work is also underway. Notably, the editing of the first half of the film has already been wrapped up, with Navin Nooli leading the effort.
There will be no alterations to the film’s release date. Peddi, which also stars Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma in key roles, is set for a Pan-India release on the scheduled date of March 27, 2026.
